Privacybeleid
Dit privacybeleid is van toepassing op de e-DcP-App (hierna aangeduid als "Applicatie") voor mobiele apparaten die is gemaakt door EDCP (hierna aangeduid als "Dienstverlener") als een gratis dienst. Deze dienst is bedoeld voor gebruik "ZOALS HET IS".
Verzameling en gebruik van informatie
De applicatie verzamelt informatie wanneer u deze downloadt en gebruikt. Deze informatie kan onder meer omvatten:

Het Internet Protocol-adres van uw apparaat (bijv. IP-adres)

De pagina's van de applicatie die u bezoekt, de datum en tijd van uw bezoek, en de tijd die u op deze pagina's doorbrengt

De tijd die u in de applicatie doorbrengt

Het besturingssysteem dat u op uw mobiele apparaat gebruikt
De applicatie verzamelt geen precieze informatie over de locatie van uw mobiele apparaat.
De dienstverlener kan de door u verstrekte informatie gebruiken om af en toe contact met u op te nemen om u van belangrijke informatie en verplichte mededelingen te voorzien.
Voor een betere ervaring tijdens het gebruik van de applicatie kan de dienstverlener u verzoeken om bepaalde persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie te verstrekken, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot info@e-dcp.com. De informatie die door de dienstverlener wordt opgevraagd, wordt bewaard en gebruikt zoals beschreven in dit privacybeleid.
Toegang voor derden
Alleen geaggregeerde, geanonimiseerde gegevens worden periodiek verzonden naar externe diensten om de dienstverlener te helpen de applicatie en hun dienstverlening te verbeteren. De dienstverlener kan uw informatie op de in deze privacyverklaring beschreven wijze met derden delen.
Houd er rekening mee dat de applicatie gebruikmaakt van diensten van derden die hun eigen privacybeleid hebben over het omgaan met gegevens. Hieronder vindt u de links naar het privacybeleid van de derde partij dienstverleners die door de applicatie worden gebruikt:
De dienstverlener kan door de gebruiker verstrekte en automatisch verzamelde informatie openbaar maken:

indien wettelijk verplicht, zoals om te voldoen aan een dagvaarding of een vergelijkbaar juridisch proces;

wanneer zij te goeder trouw van mening zijn dat openbaarmaking noodzakelijk is om hun rechten te beschermen, uw veiligheid of de veiligheid van anderen te waarborgen, fraude te onderzoeken of te reageren op een overheidsverzoek;

met hun vertrouwde dienstverleners die namens hen werken, die geen zelfstandig gebruik maken van de informatie die wij aan hen verstrekken, en die hebben ingestemd met de regels zoals uiteengezet in dit privacybeleid.
Beleid inzake gegevensbewaring
De dienstverlener zal door de gebruiker verstrekte gegevens bewaren zolang u de applicatie gebruikt en voor een redelijke tijd daarna. Als u wilt dat zij de via de applicatie door u verstrekte gegevens verwijderen, neem dan contact op met hen via info@e-dcp.com of via ons contact formulier en zij zullen binnen een redelijke termijn reageren.
Kinderen
De dienstverlener gebruikt de applicatie niet om opzettelijk gegevens van kinderen jonger dan 13 jaar te verzamelen of hen te benaderen voor marketingdoeleinden.
De applicatie is niet bedoeld voor personen jonger dan 13 jaar. De dienstverlener verzamelt niet opzettelijk persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie van kinderen onder de 13 jaar. Mocht de dienstverlener ontdekken dat een kind onder de 13 jaar persoonlijke informatie heeft verstrekt, dan zal deze informatie onmiddellijk van de servers worden verwijderd. Als u een ouder of voogd bent en weet dat uw kind persoonlijke informatie heeft verstrekt, neem dan contact op met de dienstverlener (info@e-dcp.com) zodat de nodige maatregelen kunnen worden getroffen.
Beveiliging
De dienstverlener hecht veel waarde aan de bescherming van de vertrouwelijkheid van uw informatie. De dienstverlener biedt fysieke, elektronische en procedurele beveiligingsmaatregelen om de informatie die zij verwerken en bewaren te beschermen.
Wijzigingen
Dit privacybeleid kan van tijd tot tijd om welke reden dan ook worden bijgewerkt. De dienstverlener zal u op de hoogte stellen van eventuele wijzigingen in het privacybeleid door deze pagina bij te werken met het nieuwe privacybeleid. Het wordt aangeraden dit privacybeleid regelmatig te raadplegen op eventuele wijzigingen, aangezien voortgezet gebruik wordt beschouwd als goedkeuring van alle wijzigingen.
Dit privacybeleid is van kracht vanaf 2025-04-01.
Uw Toestemming
Door de applicatie te gebruiken, stemt u in met de verwerking van uw informatie zoals uiteengezet in dit privacybeleid, zowel nu als in toekomstige wijzigingen.

This privacy policy applies to the e-DcP-App (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by EDCP (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to info@e-dcp.com. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at info@e-dcp.com or by our contact form and they will respond in a reasonable time
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@e-dcp.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
